Doing business nowadays often means globally, whether with international clients, customers, or business partners–the book, “How to Communicate Effectively with Anyone, Anywhere” (Career Press) written by two NYU professors, reveals a new action-based approach to cross-cultural communication skills across key performance areas, including public speaking, effective emailing, & negotiation–based on the author’s successful intercultural communication seminars at NYU and the United Nations. The book features key illustrations and is part instructional text and part empowering workbook, containing practical and proven strategies that can be put to immediate use, along with exercises designed to impart valuable self-discovery and position you as an effective global communicator.
