The gospel is for sinners, and since we haven’t yet crossed the threshold into God’s kingdom and are still nagged by sin, it behooves us to preach the gospel to ourselves on a regular basis.
These short devotions will encourage you with reminders that the only hope of a right standing with God is Jesus’s blood shed for your sins, and his righteous life lived on your behalf. They will prompt you with reflections for daily living. The gospel is not a “try-harder” method but a “lean-more” way of life. A couple of minutes of reflection will incite us to lean into the gospel.
